We are an Australian based business proudly offering authentic Samoan inspired clothing and homewares, including our Puletasi collection. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products through our store. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store or place an order. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, complete or current. All products are subject to availability. Product colours and patterns may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric batches, and the handcrafted nature of traditional designs. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is placed it enters our dispatch system promptly. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or amend an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request however we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation, with orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or other third parties outside our control. Risk of loss for items passes to you upon dispatch.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item. To initiate a return please contact our support team with your order number.

7. Product Care

Our garments are made from quality fabrics designed to last. We recommend following the care instructions provided with each item to maintain colour and shape. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care is not covered under any warranty. If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information solely for the purposes of processing your order and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or share your personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant item.
