If for any reason your Puletasi or any item from us is not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. Whether the size is not quite right or you have simply changed your mind, we are here to help sort it out.

Send us a message within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item securely in its original condition and send it back to us using a tracked postal service.
Once received and checked, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
